I thought I was safe!

Just got back from my annual (or almost annual since I have been having problems with health insurance and had to keep rescheduling) visit to the oncologist, and I wish I had great news. After showing him the mark on my left wrist, and then telling him that it has looked like that for a few months he decided that it would be a good idea to do a punch biopsy. Sigh. I really think it was just a scar from when one of my watch bands keep rubbing up against an irritation I had in that spot, but I guess it's better safe than to be sorry. And if it turns out to be something more serious, at least, hopefully, it was caught early. Earlier enough so that I won't need further surgeries or chemo. And now we wait...It's going to be a long week!
